BackerKit Lockdown Saturday!

Just a friendly reminder that BackerKit surveys will be locked down on Saturday, so less than 36 hours from now!

76 people have not completed their surveys!

If you've already finished your survey and agreed to the shipping then you are good to go! Cards will be charged for shipping and add-on's Monday, 4 days from now!

Also, our number 1 add-on has turned into the coins which is pretty cool. We've been looking at doing a project with custom coins recently and you guys are showing us how cool you think they are :)

Delivery Timeline For Project!

ONE LAST TIME IF YOU HAVE NOT RECHECKED YOUR BACKERKIT IN THE LAST 24 HOURS DO SO NOW! 

All orders placed more than 24 hours ago have been reset! 

It's important that you do this to guarantee your delivery comes at the fastest possible rate and over 50% of the backers from Kickstarter are now showing as NOT CONFIRMED!

This is a "close to date" time line for  what we expect will be our important dates, please look it over and note the first 2 dates we have listed as that will affect everyone VERY SOON as in the next 9-11 days! At this point nobody has had any additional charges placed on their debit cards/credit cards from BackerKit but you will soon!

Schedule

Saturday, August 1st, 2020 - BackerKit Lock Down, no more address changes without special request for orders that are input by backers. Backers who have not input information at this point will still be able to access and create their order but will not be guaranteed delivery in the first round of deliveries.

Monday, August 3rd, 2020 - BackerKit will begin charging credit and debit cards for additional items and shipping fees on all finalized orders that have been locked down.

Wednesday-Friday, August 5th-7th, 2020 - Print and Play PDF files for both the Original Truly Wild Magic and the Truly Wild Magic: Remastered will be sent out to backers via BackerKit email delivery and/or www.sessionzerogames.com for those who prefer to use that service.

Early September - Test Print Files delivered from printing company to be approved. If changes need to be made this might stretch til the end of September.

Early-Mid October - Depending on how long the test files take to get finalized, we'll be waiting on shipments of final products during this time frame for inventory and sorting/packaging.

Late October/Early November -  First Packages begin going out in bulk numbers, most backers should have their package in this time frame as long as delivery is on time from warehouse to us/us to you!

If we have any changes we'll let you know with updated time lines and schedules, the closer we get to having the final days tuned in we'll also update you with that info :) Should be smooth sailing but we're keeping our eyes open for any problems that might pop up so we can fix them right away! 

Thanks for your support everybody and helping us make so many awesome things! I also might have a surprise extra for everyone who went full in one the Remastered decks (so the $25 reward level and up) but I won't announce anything official until I have something solid to show!

We have BackerKit fixed now, if you've previously done your survey please log back in and confirm the shipping information is correct and you'll see that shipping weights are now calculating costs correctly.

 You'll need to go through and reconfirm with shipping costs included on your order but you shouldn't have to redo the entire survey. 

If you have not done the survey at all please log in and do so, the faster we can get final counts for items the faster i can start ordering parts and pieces! Remember to log into BackerKit using your email and password from Kickstarter!

Double Check Your BackerKit!

It would be good for everyone who has done their BackerKit survey to log in quickly and check it just to make sure that everything is correct one last time after all of the issues we've had. If you're still seeing crazy shipping charges please note than shipping has gone up drastically from both my US shipping location and my UK based location so much that if you're in Australia or Spain or anywhere not EU or USA then you may be in for quite a surprise. 

http://twmr.backerkit.com/ will get you into your survey. If you've previously done it then you can make sure it's correct by clicking Edit Your Order in the top right

and then by clicking "Update Credit Card" under Payment Section to verify that everything has been set correctly and authorized. 

If you have issues with the shipping cost let me know, we'll figure out the best way to move forward as I was unaware of the advanced costs myself until I received an updated price list from my UK shipper just a day or so before the close of the campaign and I didn't have time to properly look it over or post an update, most of the prices were the same but on a tab at the bottom was "Other Countries" and they were quite a bit higher than I've ever seen them. My apologies!

That should be all of the issues handled and fingers crossed for smooth sailing from here on out :) 

As a quick heads up I've already ordered the main bulk of what is going to be shipping to backers including the ridiculously expensive and awesome custom foil cards, we're almost done finalizing the files now after having to make some last minute changes due to the foil being slightly off on test files. They'll be off before the weekend is over!

ISSUE WITH BACKERKIT PLEASE READ!

It seems the backerkit surveys have all been pushed out before a major issue was resolved, the profile that charges shipping has an error and everyone is seeing that their entire order is $0 shipping which is NOT correct! 

Please, if you see your survey do not take it until another update goes out saying it is all fixed, ill be having to get the profile updated tomorrow when service assistance is available and then reset all surveys so if you've done your survey it will need to be redone after the fix is issued. 

My apologies for this mess and sorry if you were confused and thought you might get free shipping, proper surveys will go out tomorrow!
